Tarlac City, Philippines—February 2025—The College of Public Administration and Governance (CPAG) of Tarlac State University (TSU) has made another step forward in expanding its global academic footprint. In partnership with the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), the college continues efforts toward international presence and academic engagement that respond to evolving needs and demands of public service and governance in the 21st century.

Tarlac State University (TSU), through the Office of International Affairs and Linkages (OIAL), in collaboration with the College of Business and Accountancy (CBA), met virtually with Menara Syariah International Financial Center on February 28, 2025, to discuss a potential partnership.

Dr. Grace N. Rosete, Director of the Office of International Affairs and Linkages (OIAL) took her oath as auditor of the newly established Central Luzon Association of International Relations Officers (CLAIRO) during a ceremony held at the CHED Regional Office III in San Fernando, Pampanga, on February 21, 2025.

The Office of International Affairs and Linkages launched its website and IALLA - a cloud-based data repository - which was joined by several TSU key officials and IZN coordinators today (February 19, 2025) at TSU Hotel, Villa Lucinda Campus.

TSU student leaders participated in the 12th Asian Youth Leaders Travel and Learning Camp (AYLTLC) in Singapore held from February 13 to 17, 2025.

Tarlac State University established a partnership agreement through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed with Yonsei University at TSU Main Campus on February 18, 2025.

The Office of International Affairs (OIAL) participated in the International Partnership Day (IPD) 2025 Webinar on February 11, 2025.

The Tarlac State University (TSU) Rohingya Scholars, beneficiaries of the UNHCR and TSU Complementary Pathways Program, received aid during the visit of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) Tarlac to TSU on February 7, 2025.
