Tarlac State University (TSU) and The Story Christian Organization and Counseling Psychology Research Institute (TSCECPR) from South Korea celebrated two days of partnership and cultural exchange on August 12–13, 2025, combining a formal Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing with performances and learning sessions that showcased Filipino and Korean traditions.
