In pursuit of academic collaboration and institutional development, Tarlac State University (TSU) and Northern Iloilo State University – Victorino Salcedo Sara Campus (NISU-VSSC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on July 24, 2025, at TSU Hotel – Gabriella Hall.

Aimed at reinforcing nursing education through educational cooperation, Tarlac State University (TSU) and Jecsons Medical Center – College of Nursing (JMCCON) officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the TSU Main AVR, July 10, 2025.

Tarlac State University (TSU) through the Office of International Affairs and Linkages (OIAL), in collaboration with the College of Architecture and Fine Arts (CAFA) and the College of Engineering (CoE) formally entered into a partnership agreement with Aboitiz Land Inc. through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on June 27, 2025, at the TSU Audio-Visual Room.

The Department of Communication of Tarlac State University (TSU) formalized a partnership with the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Tarlac through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held last February 21, 2024, at the College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) Dean’s Office. This strategic collaboration aims to utilize multimedia tools and community engagement strategies to advance agrarian reform advocacy across Tarlac and surrounding communities.

Tarlac State University’s Center for Community and Local Governance Studies and Policy Development partnered with the Ugnayang Pang-Aghamtao, Inc. (UGAT), also known as the Anthropological Association of the Philippines, to advance efforts in preserving cultural legacy and promoting literacy through heritage education.

Tarlac State University reinforced its alliance with the Tarlac City Police Station by signing a memorandum of agreement for student internship on Tuesday (February 4) at the Main AVR.

Tarlac State University, through its Center for Community and Local Governance Studies and Policy Development (CCLGSPD), entered into a partnership with barangays Baras-Baras and Sinait in Tarlac City to strengthen youth governance and local policy development.

Tarlac State University's School of Law reaffirmed its commitment to serve the community through a partnership forged with the Provincial Government of Tarlac for free legal aid and services.
