In a continued effort to strengthen its international academic ties, Tarlac State University (TSU) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Westcliff University, on September 17, 2025, via Zoom.

Tarlac State University, through the joint efforts of the Office of International Affairs and Linkages (OIAL) and the College of Engineering (COEng), formalized a partnership with the Australian Institute of Engineering (AIE), an Australia-based training organization, on July 31, 2025, via Zoom.
