BackTarlac State University (TSU), facilitated by the Office of International Affairs and Linkages (OIAL), in collaboration with the College of Architecture and Fine Arts (CAFA) and the College of Engineering (CoE), officially entered into a partnership with Aboitiz Land Inc. through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on June 26, 2025, at the TSU Audio-Visual Room.
The partnership aims to strengthen academic-industry linkages by opening opportunities for hands-on learning, industry-aligned research, and future internships for CAFA and CoE students.
TSU President Dr. Arnold E. Velasco expressed his enthusiasm for the newly formed partnership, stating, “We are eagerly anticipating the opportunities and possibilities that this new chapter in our academic journey will bring.”
Meanwhile, Aboitiz Land Inc. Assistant Vice President reaffirmed the company’s commitment to the agreement by pledging to provide intensive, comprehensive, and world-class training for TSU students.
Also present at the event were CoE Dean Engr. Miriam S. Galvez, Engr. Adrin Joar R. Taduran, and CAFA’s Ar. Raymond T. Co together with OIAL Department Head Mr. Marco Polo M. Flores.
