TSU, UNIPMA formalize partnership for education and research development

Tarlac State University (TSU), through the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) and the Office of International Affairs and Linkages (OIAL), officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) of Indonesia on November 7, 2025, via Zoom. The partnership aims to strengthen collaboration in education, research, and human resource development.

Represented by TSU President Dr. Arnold E. Velasco and UNIPMA Rector Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd, the agreement outlines mutual efforts to promote academic exchange, joint research initiatives, community service, and capacity-building programs for both institutions.

The five-year MOU seeks to enhance institutional cooperation through shared resources, academic partnerships, and the pursuit of excellence in various fields of knowledge. Both parties expressed their commitment to fostering international linkages that contribute to educational innovation and cultural understanding between the Philippines and Indonesia.
