Tarlac State University (TSU) inked its partnership with the ICT-College Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Professional Training Center through the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on December 23, 2025, via Microsoft Teams.
The MOU signing marked the formalization of the collaboration between TSU and the ICT-College CPD Professional Training Center. This allows TSU students, faculty members, and employees to participate in a Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)-accredited Continuing Professional Development webinar entitled “The Reframed Teacher Education Curriculum”.
During the message of commitment, Ms. Ma. Teresa B. Malvar, Head of the ICT-College CPD Professional Training Center, expressed her appreciation to TSU for its openness to collaboration and shared vision in enhancing the competencies of educators.
In his message, TSU President Dr. Arnold E. Velasco reaffirmed the University’s dedication to forging meaningful partnerships that contribute to academic excellence, professional growth, and institutional development.
The program concluded with the closing remarks delivered by Dr. Maria Agnes P. Ladia, Dean of the Office of Graduate Studies, who highlighted the importance of sustained collaboration in promoting lifelong learning and strengthening the University’s role in nation-building.
Through this partnership, TSU continues to expand its network of academic and professional linkages, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, quality education, and continuous professional development.
