TSU and Menarah Syariah Launch First International Webinar

Tarlac State University (TSU) and Menarah Syariah International Financial Centre successfully conducted an international webinar on Marketing Start-Ups and Branding in collaboration with the College of Business and Accountancy and the Office of International Affairs and Linkages (OIAL). The event was held on April 14, 2025, and marks the beginning of a series of collaborative activities under the recently signed partnership between the two institutions.

Atty. Wilmark J. Ramos, TSU Vice President for Administration, served as the resource speaker. The webinar was attended by TSU students and international participants from Indonesia. Atty. Ramos delivered an engaging lecture on branding and start-ups, highlighting the important role of intellectual property in marketing.

Participants found the session informative and interactive, particularly appreciating the real-life scenarios Atty. Ramos presented. His examples sparked thoughtful questions and lively discussion, reflecting the audience's deep interest in the topic.

Encouraged by the success of the event, Mr. Fei Ming of Menarah Syariah expressed enthusiasm about organizing a follow-up activity. He shared plans to host another webinar—or potentially an in-person seminar in Indonesia—with speakers from TSU and industry experts from Indonesia.
