Makati, Philippines - Tarlac State University (TSU), represented by Dr. Grace N. Rosete, Director of the Office of International Affairs and Linkages (OIAL), and Prof. Maria Tiara Fatima F. Galang, Linkages Department Head, attended the 3-day co-design workshop organized by the World University Service of Canada - Entraide universitaire mondiale du Canada (WUSC-EUMC) last April 28-30, 2025, at the Canadian Embassy in the Philippines.

The workshop aimed to maximize the potential of the Complementary Pathways (CPath) program in the Philippines through strengthening the Pathways Pilipinas, a newly formed consortium of CPath-participating higher education institutions (HEIs). Leading the sessions, Mr. Warsame J. Key representatives from the Department of Justice (DOJ), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and CPath coordinators from the seven founding academic institutions of Pathways Pilipinas, namely Columban College Inc. (CCI), De La Salle Brothers Inc. (DLSBI), De La Salle Araneta University (DLSAU), San Beda University (SBU), Saint Louis University (SLU), and University of St. La Salle (USLS), also attended the workshop.
