TSU and Yonsei University Sign a Partnership Agreement

Tarlac State University (TSU) established a partnership with Yonsei University through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed at the TSU Main Campus on February 18, 2025.

The partnership aims to promote institutional cooperation across various areas, including faculty and student exchanges, research collaborations, and joint training programs. The College of Business and Accountancy will be the primary beneficiary of these collaborative efforts.

These activities are expected to take place in the third or fourth quarter of the year.

Present at the ceremonial signing were TSU President Dr. Arnold E. Velasco, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Agnes M. Macaraeg, Director of the Office of International Affairs and Linkages Dr. Grace N. Rosete, and Associate Dean of the College of Business and Accountancy Dr. Henry D. Rufino. Representing Yonsei University were Dr. Byeong Chang Lee, Director of the Rural Development Social Cooperative, and Professor Jangwon Yoon, Adjunct Professor at Yonsei University.
