Objectives

Tarlac State University is dedicated to strengthening its global presence through the Office of International Affairs and Linkages by fostering international partnerships, expanding exchange programs, attracting foreign students, and creating opportunities for academic collaboration, positioning TSU as a recognized educational center worldwide.

1. To provide exchange study programs for students, faculty, and staff with educational institutions in the Asian region and with other countries

2. To establish linkages, tie-ups, and partnerships in various areas with International Universities/Colleges and other entities.

3. To attract foreign students to enroll in TSU special programs designed for them

4. To open opportunities for TSU to network with universities abroad.

5. To make TSU known internationally as an educational center
