Goals

Tarlac State University is committed to expanding its global reach through the Office of International Affairs and Linkages by fostering international partnerships, developing programs for global learners, and strengthening its presence in the international academic community.

1. Pursue exchange study programs with foreign educational institutions.

2. Foster relationships and cooperation with foreign educational institutions and other entities.

3. Create and design programs suited for international students.

4. Establish a wide network with foreign educational institutions and other entities.

5. Create a niche for TSU in the international educational arena, and promote the Philippines abroad.
